Problematiku dar\u016f z hlediska dan\u00ed upravuje z\u00e1kon 586\/1992 Sb., ze kter\u00e9ho vyb\u00edr\u00e1me n\u011bkter\u00e1 ustanoven\u00ed.
\nD\u00e1rcem se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t fyzick\u00e1 osoba (ob\u010dan \u010di podnikatel) nebo pr\u00e1vnick\u00e1 osoba.
\nU fyzick\u00e9 osoby lze hodnotu dar\u016f poskytnut\u00fdch zdravotnick\u00e9mu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ode\u010d\u00edst ze z\u00e1kladu dan\u011b, pokud \u00fahrnn\u00e1 hodnota dar\u016f ve zda\u0148ovac\u00edm obdob\u00ed p\u0159es\u00e1hne 2% ze z\u00e1kladu dan\u011b nebo \u010din\u00ed alespo\u0148 1000 K\u010d. Nejv\u00fd\u0161e lze ode\u010d\u00edst 10 % ze z\u00e1kladu dan\u011b.
\nPr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby mohou ode\u010d\u00edst hodnotu dar\u016f nejv\u00fd\u0161e do 5% z\u00e1kladu dan\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hodnota daru, kterou lze uplatnit jako ode\u010ditatelnou polo\u017eku, je stanovena na 2000 K\u010d.<\/p>\n
